Who is responsible

If you only use the free units

We collect no personal information. Your progress and theme choice are stored only in your own browser, and never sent to us.

If you buy, we collect

• your email address, to give you access and send sign-in codes, links and receipts;
• your name and phone number, if you give them at checkout;
• purchase details: which units, amount, date, and Razorpay's payment and order IDs;
• a record of your signed-in devices (device type and sign-in time), to apply the 2-device limit.

What we never collect

Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank details. Razorpay handles payments and only tells us whether a payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To give you access to what you bought, send sign-in links and receipts, handle refunds and support, prevent account sharing and fraud, and keep the records that tax law requires. We process your data with your consent, given when you buy, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site:

• Razorpay, for payments;
• Cloudflare, for hosting, security and the sign-in database — like any web host, it processes IP addresses and request logs;
• Resend, which sends our sign-in emails.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or add you to marketing lists. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while your account is active. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you — just email sbh.mech@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends access to the units you bought; purchase records required by law are kept until they may be deleted. We'll acknowledge your request within 2 working days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and storage

Buyers get one essential cookie that keeps them signed in. Your browser's own storage keeps your progress and theme. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

A parent or guardian must make the purchase and consent on your behalf.

Security

All pages are served over HTTPS; sign-in cookies are signed; only the site owner can access buyer data.
